Local Melbournian and Crown's 2009 Poker Player of the Year Andrew Demetriou has just been eliminated from the main event by Carl Booth.

Demetriou limped into the pot before Booth kicked it up to 4,500; Demetriou called.

and Demetriou fired a 7,000 bet. Booth then raised, putting him all in and Demetriou called:
