Mizzi Taking Names

Sorel Mizzi just claimed another victim here in the main event, adding 20,000 more chips to his stack.

Mizzi's opponent made a move with {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Mizzi looked him up with {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}. The board then ran out {A-Spades}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and Mizzi took down the pot with sixes full of aces.

After the hand, we counted Mizzi at 320,000 in chips.

Obrested Loses a Flip

All of the chips were in the middle preflop, Annette Obrested holding {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} and her opponent pocket nines.

The dealer spread a {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{j-Hearts} board and Annette has dropped down to 110,000.

Stoltz Soaring

Andy Stoltz raised to 8,600 and an opponent reraised to 32,000 before the big blind moved his last 20,000 into the middle. Action folded back to Stoltz who then decided to pump up the action even more moving all in for 250,000.

The initial reraiser folded, and the shorty showed {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}, and was up against Stoltz's pocket jacks.

The board came {q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and although the shorty hit his queen, Stoltz's set of jacks was good for the win. Stoltz is over 300,000.

Nico Busts Another

A player UTG +1 made it 6,500 and NIco Behling made the call, as did another opponent, before yet a fourth player moved all in. It folded back to Behling who moved all in on top to isolate, and the opponent in the middle got the picture.

Behling: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

The board in it's finality read {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{10-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and Nico Behling is now over the 400,000 mark.

Break Time

The tournament clock has been paused while the remaining players go on their last 15-minute break of the evening.

Back shortly.

Delaney Busts A Short Stack

Ever the feisty one Ben Delaney called an opponents 22,000 all in shove with {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. His opponent was ahead with {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} but wouldsoon find the door as the board ran out {3-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{9-Spades}{k-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} busting Senor Short Stack, and building Ben Delaney's stack up to 147,000
