Kakalis was in a commanding position when the money went in with up against the of Shannon Vandenberg.
That all changed post flop with hitting the flop and putting Vandenberg well out in front.
But he hadn't counted on Kakalis catching runner -runner to stay alive. The hit the turn and the river to move him back to 54,000 and put a slight dent in Vandenberg's stack.

A short-stacked Matthew Pearson shoved at the wrong time, pushing into the of an opponent. He didn't catch up and hit the rail.
Josh Budin went out after an opponent made a rather aggressive move over the top. Budin made the right call with and looked good against the of his foe. All was clear through the flop and turn . But he was betrayed by the river to be eliminated.
Jonathan "xMONSTERxDONGx" Karamalikis joined the land of the busto, after an interesting flop battle.
