Ephraums Chips Up

Brendan Edmonds raised preflop to 100,000 before Matthew Ephraums reraised to 250,000. Edmonds called, then check-mucked Ephraums' bet of 350,000 on the flop of {5-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

How exciting!

Crafty Croft Ships a Pot

Trung Tran raised to 100,000 preflop from early position before Glenn Croft reraised to 175,000. Tran called and they went heads-up to a flop of {q-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}.

Tran check-called Croft's bet of 175,000 and the dealer produced the {k-Hearts} on the turn; Tran checked, but folded after Croft fired out 300,000.

It was a valuable pot for Croft, who is now on 2,000,000 after that hand. Tran is now down to 890,000.

Back In Brad!

Brad Rawiller is mounting something of a recovery at the moment having come to the final as the short stack.

He pushed twice over raises from Ephraums and Wilt, but not received a caller. He's now got about 850,000.

Trantastic

Anthony Kingston raised to 105,000 from middle postion but Trung Tran made it 255,000 from the button. Kingston called and they saw a raggy {2-Hearts} {6-Clubs} {2-Diamonds} flop.

Kingston checked and Tran moved all-in, that was enough and Kingston folded.

Masterakos Chips Up

The action folded around to Brendan Edmonds who raised to 75,000; Aaron Wilt called and Jim Mastorakos called from the small blind to go three ways into a flop of {2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}.

Mastorakos and Edmonds checked to Wilt who opened for 175,000. Mastorakos called, Edmond folded and the dealer produced the {2-Clubs} on the turn, which Mastorakos and Wilt checked.

Mastorakos then led out for 240,000 on the river {7-Clubs}, forcing Wilt to send his hand into the muck.

Mastorakos is now on 1,458,000 after that hand. Wilt slips back to 880,000.
