D'Amor Nario Eliminated in 12th Place ($8,390)

D'Amor Nario
D'Amor Nario
Van Marcus raised on the button to 25,000 and D'Amor Nario moved all-in from the small blind for 82,000. Van called and the hands are tabled.

D'Amor {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Van {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

D'Amor can't connect with the board of {J-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and he receives $8,390 for his efforts.

The Philippino players have earned a lot of respect in the last few days and Nario was no exception.

Parise makes a stand

From late position Nicholas Bamman raises to 30,500 and Brett Parise takes a stand from the small blind and moves all-in for 105,000. The big blind folds and Bamman goes into the tank. He asks for a chip count and thinks for a further few minutes before finally laying his hand down.

There have been very few flops seen in the last 30 minutes with most hands consisting of an opening raise and players picking up the blinds and antes.

Slowing down

With all players eager to make the televised final table, everyone is playing cautious and avoiding unnecessary confrontations.

Someone has to give soon.........Stay tuned!

Marcus doubles up

Maor Feldinger raises from late position to 20,000 and Van Marcus from the small blind raised to 80,000. Maor moved all-in and Marcus called for all his stack.

Marcus {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}
Maor {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}

Marcus was happy to see the flop of {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{10-Spades} but although the turn of {Q-Diamonds} gave him the straight, any pair on the river would ship the pot to Maor.

The river blanked with the {8-Hearts} and Van stays alive and doubles up to 310,000.

Alexander Fitzgerald eliminated in 13th place ($5,993)

Alexandrer Fitzgerald
Alexandrer Fitzgerald
From middle position, Alexander Fitzgerald moves all-in for his last 38,000 and Ira Blumenthal raises all-in over the top. All other players fold and the players table their hands.

Fitzgerald {3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Ira {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

The flop of {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} gives Fitzgerald the lead with top pair but the {K-Spades} on the turn narrows Fitzgerald to only six outs. The {8-Hearts} on the river doesn't help and Alex Fitzgerald collects $5,993 for his 13th-place finish.

Marcus takes down a huge pot

From middle position Alexander Fitzgerald raises to 19,000 and Van Marcus reraises to 59,000 from the big blind. Fitzgerald raises all-in and has Marcus easily covered. No thought is required from Marcus as he calls with {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}. Fitzgerald shows {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}

On a board of {K-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts} Marcus' Aces are good and Fitzgerald is crippled down to 37,000.

Van now is up to 310,000.
