Danny Tang Eliminated in Back-To-Back Hands; Eric Ahn Catapults

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Danny Tang
Danny Tang

Tetsuya Enoki opened from under the gun, Danny Tang called in late position and Eric Ahn called in the big blind. The flop came down {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades}, action checked to Enoki who bet around 35,000, Tang called and Ahn made it 105,000.

Only Tang called and the {8-Hearts} came down as a turn card. Ahn bet around 145,000, Tang called and the {a-Spades} landed on the river. Ahn moved all in for 227,000 and Tang called.

Tang tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for two pair but it would be no good when Ahn turned over {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} for a full house, taking down the pot and leaving Tang with just 32,000.

Tang moved all in for his last 32,000 the next hand and would end up heads-up on the flop of {10-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} with Enoki. Tang tabled {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for top pair and Enoki turned over {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for a set of dimes. The board ran out with a {3-Hearts} and {k-Hearts}, changing nothing as Tang was sent to the rail.
