Huge Comeback from Cabret

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Could this become the greatest comeback in history?

Only time will tell, but this is how the story starts.

Joe Cabret was very unlucky when he was left with just 5,000 in chips after being all in preflop holding {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} against Matthew Rolfe’s {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Rolfe hit a wheel on a {4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop.

The next hand saw Cabret ante-up 2,000 and move all in for 3,000. Cabret then scooped up the pot holding {8-}{6-} on a {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{8-Hearts} board against Matthew Rolfe’s {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}.

The next hand saw Cabret fold and then the next hand he was all in for 24,000 holding {8-Spades}{6-Spades} against Ashley Mason’s {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. The board ran out {4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} and now Cabret was up to around 60,000.

Yet again Cabret found himself all in, this time for 60,000 and holding {j-Clubs}{j-Spades} against Jason Gray’s {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}. The board ran out {3-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{q-Clubs} and with that Cabret had moved up to 138,000.

So, there you have it, Cabret went from a few hundred thousand, down to 3,000 and now back up above six figures.
