Ung Having His Way

Level 13 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Senh Ung opened for 165,000 from the button and was met by a three-bet to 420,000 by Aidan Tam in the big blind. Not to be outdone, Ung four-bet to 850,000 and took down the pot.

In the very next hand, Predrag Lekovic raised to 160,000 from the button, Tam and Ung called from the blinds, and all three players saw a flop of {7-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Spades}. Two checks saw Lekovic bet 225,000, Tam folded, and Ung woke up with a check-raise to 500,000. Pekovic made the call and then both players checked the {4-Clubs} turn as well as the {A-Diamonds} river. Ung tabled the {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for a pair of queens, and it was good as Lekovic sent his cards to the muck.
