Massive Preflop Clash For Rawkz and Tollgate

A huge hand has just played out over on Table 32, with the action resulting in Tom Grigg becoming the new chip leader. The hand in question began with Grigg opening to 20,000 from under the gun. Tam Truong then three-bet to 50,000 from the button. Liam O'Rourke was in the big blind and opted to cold four-bet to 120,000. Back on Grigg and he jammed all in, having a stack of over 600,000. Truong got out of the way and it was on O'Rourke - who started the hand with a stack of around 750,000. Eventually O'Rourke made the call and the two players turned their hands over.

O'Rourke: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
Grigg: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

Unfortunately for O'Rourke, he had run into Grigg's pocket-aces and when the board ran out {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}, O'Rourke was left with a tiny stack compared to what he once had. At the end of the hand, O'Rourke looked fairly unhappy with himself. With that, Grigg once again has a monstrous chip stack.

Speaking of these two, Lynn Gilmartin had a chat with O'Rourke during the last break about sharing a table with Grigg:
