Dodds Doing It

When the action folded to Joel Dodds in the hijack seat he would open the pot for 750. Alicia Sale made the call from the button and Leo Boxell woulld also make the call from the big blind.

Flop: {2-Spades}{4-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

Boxell would check to Dodds, who threw in 1,300 worth of chips. Sale made the call and so did Boxell as a turn would be dealt.

The next couple of cards would see all players check, with the {5-Spades} hitting the turn and the {4-Spades} falling on the river.

Dodds would be the first player to showdown his hand, tabling {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}, which was enough to send his opponents cards into the muck.

Speaking of "Doddsy", if you've ever wondered who his idol was or if he was romantic, check out this edition of Calling the Clock:
