Chatty Portaro

Bruno Portaro got quite chatty over at his table, as the following hand played out.
Portaro limped from early position and said, "Just this one time, I won't raise."
With a couple of callers, the player in the big blind would raise it to 1,725. Portaro then said, "Just this one time, I will call," before all the other players got out of the way.
"All red and all low please," quipped Portora as the flop fell 
.
The big blind led out for 3,000 which prompted Portaro to ask, "How much you got? Oh wait, i see... plenty." After some thought, Portaro made the call to see the 
roll off on the turn.
"Now it's getting interesting!" Portaro exclaimed at the sight of the three before his opponent fired out 7,000.
Portaro then went into the tank for a few minutes, looking pained at the decision in front of him. "Can you give me a hint of what I'm up against?" Asked Portaro. His opponent then proceeded to push his stack in front of him as Portaro said, "No, I meant can you tell me your cards!"
Eventually making the call Portaro would see the 
fall on the river, which prompted an all-in bet from his opponent. Portaro folded his 
face up, not managing to hit his straight or his flush and fell to around 20,000.
