Willcocks Working Early

Phillip Willcocks has managed to pick up some much needed chips early and we caught the action on a recent hand which shows Willcocks' weaving some aggression.

The action was started by Dinh Le who opened the pot to 2,800. the player to his left called before the play was on Willcocks in the hijack seat. After only a short moments time, Willcocks popped it to 7,000 and the play was sent back around to the original aggressor. Le thought for a few moments before making the call, while the player to his left sent his cards into the muck.

Flop: {2-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{j-Spades}

Le checked to Willcocks who didn't hesitate as he bet 9,000. Le did not look comfortable as he tried to make his decision. Eventually Le decided to let his hand go, flinging {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} onto the felt and sending the pot to Willcocks.
