Jonathan Karamalikis opened to 115,000 from under the gun and Tom Rafferty made the call from the big blind.
Karamakilis fired out a continuation-bet of 175,000 on the 
flop to prompt Rafferty to check-fold his hand.
The following hand, Rafferty bumped it up from the small blind to 115,000 and Karamalikis made the call to see a 
flop fall. Both players checked, and when the 
landed on the turn, checked once again as the 
landed on river.
Rafferty tapped the table for the third time only to have Karamalikis push out a bet totaling 150,000.
