Here We Go Again

It's 1pm local time at the Grand Waldo Hotel and Casino in beautiful Macau. Preparations are once again underway to start a new flight of players for Day 1c of the 2008 PokerStars.net APPT Macau Main Event. The tournament staff have just pulled out rack after rack of green, purple, and blue tournament chips and are beginning to set them out in front of the seats at each table. We have been told to expect upwards of 200 players in today's field. If that occurs, then combined with the 125 players who started on Day 1a and the 184 who started on Day 1b, this tournament would be the largest tournament ever played in Asia, both in terms of number of players and size of the prize pool.
