Ken Demlakian finished runner-up in the 2012 ANZPT Queenstown Main Event and since then has failed to cash in another ANZPT Main Event. He will be trying to change that here in Sydney and so far has started strongly on Day 1a.
We recently watched Demlakian scoop a pot on a 
board against one opponent.
After Demlakian's opponent had checked on the river, Demlakian led for 2,400 and the player took some time before making the call. At showdown, Demlakian tabled his 
with the pair of nines enough to win the pot.
