Huge Pot Goes Stavropoulos' Way

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

The action started with Manny Stavropoulos raising to 115,000 from the cut off before finding a call from Peter Matusik and Lin Shi in the blinds.

All there players opted to check the {4-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop before the {2-Diamonds} dropped on the turn.

Matusik would pause for a moment before sliding out 500,000 in chips. Shi then himself tanked for over a minute before calling the bet. Stavropoulos then reached for all his chips and pushed them into the middle signifying an all in.

The total was 1.255 million which sent Matusik into the tank. He opted to fold shortly after as the decision fell on Shi. He too took awhile to decide before finally making the call.

Stavropoulos: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Shi: {6-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}

Stavropoulos was in great shape with his top set up against Shi's up and down straight draw.

The river would bring a repeat {2-Clubs} to see Stavropoulos win the massive pot as he races to the chips lead.
