Did That Just Happen?
We arrived at the table with the board showing 
. Monica Eastick was first to act, and checked. Emile Gissaud then bet out 47,000, before he was faced with a quick re-raise to 125,000 from Eastick. He called, and both players saw the 
fall on the turn.
Eastick almost beat the turn card to the felt, announcing all in. Gissaud sat back, and lifted the cards up off the table, starring at them. He then slammed them back on the table, triggering Eastick to show her 
. She had thought that Gissaud had folded, and when she realised he hadn’t, quickly retrieved the card, and turned it over.
Gissaud then went into the tank for what seemed like an eternity. He eventually folded, tabling the 
. We’re sure that Gissaud saw Eastick’s card, but now we can’t be to certain. Either way, Eastick increases her chip-stack as she progressos towards the final table.
