Bet and it Shall Come

Aaron Benton opened the action from the button with a raise to 1,000. Yvo Molin was in the small blind and he put in a three-bet to 2,800. Benton quickly called and they saw a flop of {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}.

Molin tapped the table and Benton tossed out a bet of 3,100. Molin insta-called as the {5-Clubs} hit the turn. Molin checked again and Benton released a second shell with a bet of 3,700. Again Molin wasted no time in matching the bet.

The pot was already healthy when the {3-Hearts} fell on the river and action checked to Benton. He cut down 8,800 and plonked them forwards. Molin gave it some thought this time but decided to look him up.

Benton opened {5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for a turned set which had spiked a perfect two-outer to get past Molin who flashed the {a-Clubs}.

Molin slips to 40,000 with the 2009 APPT Sydney champion now looking dangerous with a stack of 50,000.
