After the first several hands at the final table passed without a flop being seen, Robert Boon raised to 40,000 on the button with 10♦10♣ and Jamie Walden called in the big blind to create the first heads-up encounter today.
The flop came 10♠9♥8♥ to give Boon top set and he continued for 30,000. Walden called to the J♦ turn as both players checked.
Boon improved to quads on the 10♥ river and he bet 60,000 after Walden checked. Walden quickly folded A♠9♣.
