Jonathan Roberts Leads 63 Players Returning For Day 2 of the 888poker Live Manchester Main Event
Sixty-three players are all looking to make the money and set themselves up for a run at the title when Day 2 of the £1,100 888poker Live Manchester Main Event begins at noon local time.
No one managed to catch Jonathan Roberts atop the leaderboard after Roberts bagged up a massive stack of 376,500 in the first opening flight. He’s followed by Neville Betty (323,500), Robert Shields (301,000), Keith Johnson (297,000), and Thomas Erentz (278,000).

Four members of the 888poker team managed to survive to make it to Day 2, including Ian Simpson (112,000), Vivian Saliba (76,500), Andrei Cosmin (63,500), and Lucia Navarro (33,500).
The four Day 1 flights built up a field of 267 entries. Late registration remains open until the start of the day, so the field can still grow larger. The action picks up on Level 15 with blinds of 1,500-3,000 with a 3,000 big blind ante. Levels are now 60 minutes long, with the schedule calling for 10 levels to be played today.
