Budai Shoves, Clock Called on Berinde

Bogdan Berinde put in a three-bet to 7,500 from the big blind and was called by both Vasile Zagon in middle position and Alexandru Budai in the cutoff.
The flop came 5♠9♦5♥ and Berinde continued for another 7,500. Both Zagon and Budai called as the 6♦ fell on the turn.
Berinde then checked, as did Zagon before Budai came out with 8,000. Only Berinde called to the 6♠ river where he checked over to Budai again. Budai then shoved the rest of his stack in the middle, a bet of around 50,000, as Berinde went deep into the tank.
The clock was eventually called after a few minutes before Berinde slid his cards into the muck.
