Manuel Navarro Perez opened from the cutoff to 275,000 with {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}. Joel Isla three-bet to 800,000 from the button with {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} before Navarro Perez four-bet jammed for 2,000,000.

Isla snap called and was looking good to eliminate an opponent and pad his chip lead. Navarro Perez looked in trouble after the {5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{q-Clubs} came on the flop and the {5-Hearts} appeared on the turn.

However, the {a-Hearts} spiked the board on the river and Navarro Perez doubled up off the chip leader.
