2024 WSOP Day 51 $25K Fantasy Sweats – What Could Potentially Change on the Final Day?
The final day of the 2024 WSOP (Day 51) is upon us! There are five gold bracelets to be awarded today, including in the $10,000 WSOP Main Event. That tournament is down to the final three players, though none of them are $25K Fantasy players.
Likewise, Event #93: $777 Lucky 7’s is down to the final five players from a 6,292-entry field, but none are $25K Fantasy players. In fact, the only one to cash was Bin Weng (Team Chingas), who finished in 126th place for $3,300.
In Event #97: $3,000 6-Handed PLO, Day 3 will see the final 17 players from an 844-entry field return to play down to a winner. Five $25K Fantasy players still remain including Ari Engel (Team TheCoffeeBreakers), Dylan Weisman (Team Baker), Alex Livingston (Team Lang), Shaun Deeb (Team Lady Gaga), and Alex Foxen (Team Sepiol).
Meanwhile, Event #98: $1,500 The Closer will see 361 players from a 3,215-entry field return for the Day 2 final including 15 players from the $25K Fantasy league – John Racener, Joey Couden, AJ Kelsall, Matthew Wantman, David Coleman, Yuval Bronshtein, Renan Bruschi, Brian Hastings, Mike Matusow, Felipe Ramos, Marco Johnson, Ryan Riess, Brock Wilson, Kane Kalas, and Justin Liberto.
Finally, the last tournament on the 2024 WSOP schedule, Event #99: $1,000 Super Turbo NLH, will both begin and end today. Which $25K Fantasy players who jump into action and how they do remains to be seen, but could potentially shake up the point standings.
Remember, PokerNews has been tracking $25K Fantasy players in our live updates and have even made it simple to follow the action by tagging all players with a $25K Fantasy badge. That allows you to utilize our chip count filter option to follow only those players (just tick the $25K Fantasy badge); what’s more, each blog will have a “$25K Fantasy” tab that if you click all you will see are hands played by $25K Fantasy players.
