CardRunners Training: More $200NL 6-Max. with Matt “MDoranD” Doran
CardRunners instructor Matt “MDoranD” Doran returns today to discuss interesting hands played during a live session in which he was multi-tabling $200NL 6-max.
Among the hands focused on in this session is one at the start in which Doran watches a totally unknown opponent raise from the cutoff and he just calls from the button with A♠J♦. A flop of 8♦6♠9♦ then leads him to consider a number of different possibilities from his opponent and strategies that he might pursue after his opponent leads — floating with a call, raising, or folding.
That hand is followed by couple of others in which he similarly misses flops then faces some less than straightforward postflop decisions. Take a look:
