In today’s preview video from CardRunners, instructor Grant “Balbomb” Coombs III returns with more challenging hands from a session of $200NL 6-Max.
Coombs starts off with a hand in which he’s confronted with a number of interesting decisions when he flops bottom set against a recreational player, then looks for ways to earn value after each postflop street. That’s followed by an equally interesting hand in which Coombs misses all three postflop streets (ending with king-high) and pursues a line that will get his opponent to fold better holdings.
