CardRunners Training: Pawel “verneer” Nazarewicz Shows How to Fold Premium Pairs

Today CardRunners instructor Pawel “verneer” Nazarewicz shares part of his “Building a Bankroll” series focusing on six-handed micro-stakes and low-stakes no-limit hold’em.

In this video, Nazarewicz begins with a sequence of hands in which he has been dealt premium pocket pairs — aces, kings, and queens — yet each time faces very wet, coordinated boards and aggression from opponents forcing him to contemplate having to let go of his big hands. The decisions present different degrees of difficulty, and serve as a nice lesson in how not to get carried away with premium pairs.
