Playground is Canada's premier gaming destination! Home to some of the largest poker events, such as the World Poker Tour (WPT), the world chooses Playground for the greatest poker action in Canada. Conveniently located just minutes south of downtown Montreal in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, Playground is the ultimate destination for a night filled with fun and entertainment.
Starting from humble beginnings in 2010, as a one-room poker house with less than two dozen tables, Playground has perpetually exceeded the expectations of players from the very beginning, laying the foundation for continuous growth and success.
By 2012, Playground hosted its first WPT Event. After many years of hosting international events, the poker community recognized Playground with the esteemed American Poker Award for Event of the Year, for hosting the record-breaking party poker–Millions North America.
In 2018, Playground broke ground for a multi-level gaming and entertainment complex. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Playground reopened with renewed vigor, continuing construction and achieving success. By December 2023, Playground celebrated the grand opening of its expanded facility, showcasing its grandness to the world. The complex features three gastronomic outlets: the premier steakhouse etc., the opulent sushi experience Drunken Dragon, and of course our long-time staple The Rail. Additionally, we offer two high-end lounges, Babel and Esperanto. With over 900 gaming machines and more than 60 poker tables, Playground offers everything a gaming enthusiast could desire under one roof.

Playground Poker Room Cash Games
With 61 tables, there is always cash game action to be found at Playground. One of the world's Premier Poker Destinations, they spread the largest variety of poker games in the Montreal area.
That regularly includes no-limit hold'em ranging from CAD $1/$2 up to CAD $5/$10, as well as CAD $2/$5 Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) and both CAD $2/$2 and CAD $5/$5 Pot-Limit 5-Card Omaha Hi Only. Mixed game enthusiasts can also find mixed games at similar stakes. Buy-ins for the various games range from as low as $50 up to $3,000.
Of course, management is happy to spread even larger stakes if enough players are interested.
