Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage celebrated the official grand opening of the new poker room on Friday, November 22, 2024. The only poker room in the Coachella Valley, the venue hosted a special ribbon-cutting ceremony and welcomed longtime World Poker Tour (WPT) commentator Vince Van Patten to commemorate this milestone.

With 10 tables, the poker room offers limit hold’em, no-limit hold’em, and Omaha games.

That regularly includes $1/$3 and $2/$5 NLH with $5/$10 NLH on the weekends, $3/$6 and $4/$8 limit hold’em, and $6/$12 Limit Omaha 8 or Better.

Of course, management is happy to spread even larger stakes if enough players are interested.

The poker room offers both daily and nightly tournaments. As of Dec. 2024, there was a 10 a.m. $120 buy-in Daily Tournament at 10 a.m. on the weekdays with the buy-in being increased to $160 on Saturdays and Sundays. At 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, there is also a $140 buy-in Nightly Tournament.

In addition to the poker room, the casino offers other poker-related table games such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three-Card Poker, Face-Up Pai Gow Poker, Crazy 4 Poker, and Mississippi Stud.
