Ryan Hansen is an American poker player and World Series of Poker bracelet-winner.
He won his first bracelet at the 2021 World Series of Poker, winning Event #44: $3,000 6-Handed Limit Hold'em for $109,692.
Hansen defeated Kosei Ichinose in a back-and-forth heads-up battle that lasted over two hours.
“I’m a little shell-shocked right now”, Hansen told PokerNews after his victory. “I was kind of a Moneymaker-effect person. Came in after that like 2004-2005, and switched to limit hold'em. I think it’s a great game; I always liked that game the best. So I switched over to that and have been playing that ever since.”
