Kartik Ved

Kartik Ved is a professional poker players living in Pune, India. Ved specializes in live poker tournaments, and has over $1.1 million in recorded live cashes.

Ved's cashes date back to 2015, with his earliest results stemming from tournaments in his native India. However, in 2018, Ved flew to Las Vegas for the World Series of Poker (WSOP), where he finished a respectable 128th in the $10,000 buy-in Main Event for a then career-best $57,010 score.

Ved returned to Vegas the following year, and again put together a deep run in the WSOP Main Event. This time, Ved finished 51st for $173,015, the talented grinder's first six-figure haul.

Armed with a boosted bankroll and extra confidence, Ved played at GGPoker during the 2020 WSOP Online. His second cash of the series was an outright victory in the $840 Super Turbo Bounty event, earning him a new best score of $234,433 plus his first gold WSOP bracelet.

At the 2022 WSOP in Las Vegas, Ved almost became a two-time bracelet winner, but ultimately had to make do with a third-place finish in the $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em Mini Main Event. His $275,593 reward remains his largest ever live cash. Ved also finished fourth in a $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em event for $172,103.
