Eric Nathan, often known as "Barstool Nate," is a sports blogger, podcast host, and poker player.
Nathan co-hosts the Cracking Aces podcast, a Barstool Sports production. His co-hosts are Jake Toole and Adam "Smitty" Smith. He's also an avid poker enthusiast and player, but is more known outside the poker world as a die-hard Washington D.C. sports area sports fan (Washington Commanders, Washington Nationals, Maryland Terrapins, and Washington Capitals).
Although his main career has been as a blogger and personality for the Barstool Sports media empire, the entertaining character has played poker for many years. He's been known to do some punting at the World Series of Poker (WSOP), including bluffing off his stack on Day 1 at the 2022 WSOP Main Event.
