Athena Jett is the daughter of prominent poker pros Karina Jett and Chip Jett. She was born in 2003 and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada where she attends the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as a computer science major.
The poker couple's daughter is famous for appearing on the music competition TV show "American Idol" during Season 22 in 2024. Athena is a modern jazz singer whose main inspiration and idol is the late Ella Fitzgerald.
In February 2024, Athena gave an exclusive interview to PokerNews from inside Roma Restaurant & Deli, an Italian restaurant in Las Vegas owned by Poker Hall of Famer Todd Brunson. The interview took place a few weeks prior to her initial American Idol audition round appearance.
