Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) is one of the most exciting poker variants thanks in part to the action and large pots the game typically creates. The $100,000 Omaha Festival started at Bestpoker at the beginning of June and runs through to Jun. 30. While this means those already competing for a prize have a head start on you if you’re only joining now, there’s still plenty of opportunity to earn a bucket load of points by playing PLO cash games, plus several dates award 1.5x, 2x or event 3x the usual number of points.
Four leaderboards, Low, Middle, High and Featured, share the $100,000. These are split based on the PLO cash game stakes you play for, giving lower stakes players as much chance of banking some free cash as the high stakes grinders.

The Low leaderboard pays 40 spots between $20 and $850 with the Middle leaderboard paying out 50 places between $50 and $2,000. Those competing for the High leaderboard prizes need to finish in the top 30 places to bank between $200 and $7,000 and if you play for Featured stakes you have to be one of the top 10 points earner to secure $1,500 to $12,500.

Earning points is extremely simple and the more you play, the more points you’ll earn. Bestpoker gives you one point for every $0.01 you contribute to the rake and with pots in PLO often being much bigger than their hold’em counterparts, you should bag plenty of points.
Earn Bonus Points
Bestpoker gives you the chance to earn up to three times as many leaderboard points on specific days until the end of June.
You earn 1.5 times as many points on Jun. 22, 24, 25 and 29, with double points awarded on Jun. 16 and 23. Head to the PLO cash game tables on Jun. 30, the last day of the promotion, and each $0.01 you contribute to the rake will net you three times as many points as standard.
