The 2018 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS UK festival takes place between Sept. 29 and Oct. 7 and sees £8.5 million worth of guaranteed prize pools put on the line at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham and online at partypoker.
Last year’s MILLIONS UK Main Event saw 1,204 players part company with £5,300 and create a guarantee-busting £6,020,000 prize pool as a result. Argentinian pro Maria Lampropulos was the last player standing. Her reward? A cool £1 million.
Figures for this year’s £5 million guaranteed MILLONS UK Main Event are expected to be similar, meaning another poker player will become a millionaire overnight. partypoker LIVE has added $53,000 worth of MILLIONS Online seats to the prize pool, with the final 10 players each walking away with a $5,300 seat to the $20 million guaranteed spectacular taking place at partypoker later this year.
There is also the chance to be entered into a $100,000 last longer competition, although you will need to hurry to get involved in that. The first 100 players who buy into the MILLIONS UK Main Event using PP LIVE Dollars are automatically entered into a last longer competition in the Main Event where the last of these 100 players standing receives $100,000 in addition to any other prize money they secure.
