partypoker has launched a rake race revolving around fastforward poker, its take on the fast-fold cash game variant.

fastforward plays like any other cash game except when you fold, you are whisked away to a brand-new table with new opponents and are dealt a fresh hand. It is possible to play hundreds of hands per hour thanks to being able to fold out of turn and not have to wait for the table’s action to complete before being dealt in again.

This fastforward Rake Race runs from July 19-29 and is split into two leaderboards, based on the stakes played for. The Micro Stakes Leaderboard gives away $1,000 every day during the promotion while the Mid Stakes Leaderboard awards $5,000 each and every day until July 29.

Earning points for the leaderboard is simple; you receive one point for every $1 you contribute in rake. Be among the top points earners between 12:00 a.m. CET and 11:59 p.m. CET each day and you will win a share of the prize pool.

Micro Stakes Leaderboard

You earn points for the Micro Stakes Leaderboard by playing fastforward games that have $0.02/$0.05 and $0.05/$0.10 blinds. The top 25 players win between $5 and $250.
