With the first event set to kick off on Sunday, Sept. 27, the Pokerfest is really just around the corner. The upcoming edition of this popular online poker festival will run at partypoker through Sunday, Oct. 11, and will offer an impressive calendar that already features 80 online events and $2,500,000 in guaranteed prize pools.
Amongst the newest elements of the second Pokerfest in 2015, there’s the introduction of a live component, with a number of live events taking place at the Dusk Till Dawn (DTD) Poker & Casino Nottingham.
The live leg of the festival is going to feature a number of beginner-friendly events highlighted by a $550 buy-in Main Event that features a $500,000 guarantee starting on Sept. 3 and, if you like more expensive tournaments, by a £1,100 buy-in High Roller kicking off on Sept. 2.
