PokerNews Venice Qualifier

Have you ever dreamed about heading to the beautiful Italian city of Venice? Do you wish you could be exploring the canals in a gondola one minute and then playing poker in the world’s oldest casino the next? If so, PokerNews has the perfect promotion for you.

888poker heads to Venice, Italy in April as part of its 888Live Destination tour and you could be joining them thanks to a PokerNews exclusive promotion called The PokerNews Venice Qualifier.

The PokerNews Venice Qualifier will see at least one player win a luxury poker holiday package worth a staggering $2,000 — and possibly win it for free. The superb package includes hotel accommodation, spending money, a guided tour of Venice and entry to a major live poker tournament, and it could be all yours for nothing.

At 6:05pm GMT on Sunday, March 30, 888poker is hosting a PokerNews exclusive tournament that will award one of the following packages:

  • The $500+$50 tournament buy-in
  • $340 travel expenses
  • Four nights’ accommodation (April 10-14) at a top Venice hotel, including breakfast
  • A special bounty freeroll with the 888 ambassadors
  • Access to an exclusive welcome event and a tour of Venice
  • An 888Live goody bag!

Gaining access to this special tournament is easy and is possible for both new and existing 888poker customers, providing you created your 888poker account via PokerNews links.

Customers new to 888poker need to make their first deposit using the unique bonus code “PNVENICE” between March 3 and March 30 and a ticket to the PokerNews Venice Qualifier will automatically be credited to your account. Then simply register for the tournament before late registration ends (there are 50 minutes of late registration) and hope to be the last player standing!

Existing customers can also compete for this amazing prize by buying into the tournament for $11.

The PokerNews Venice Qualifier has the option to purchase one rebuy and/or one add-on if you wish to do so. The rebuy costs $10 and gives 2,000 chips, while the add-on also costs $10 but yields 5,000 chips.

Please note: Making your first deposit using the code PNVENICE only gives a ticket to the PokerNews Venice Qualifier. It does not include a rebuy or add-on

Venice is one of the most iconic and picturesque cities in the world and one that PokerNews staff have thoroughly enjoyed each time they have had the pleasure of visiting it. See for yourself what all of the fuss is about and win your way to Venice with PokerNews and 888poker.
