One of the biggest and most exciting parties on the planet takes place in the coming months in the German city of Munich. We are of course talking about the legendary Oktoberfest.

FastForward Poker Launched

Marvin Rettenmaier Wins Back-to-Back WPT Titles
PartyPoker sponsored pro Marvin Rettenmaier is currently on cloud nine after becoming the first-ever player in the history of the game to win back-to-back World Poker Tour titles.
In May the young German won the WPT World Championship — the final tournament of Season X — and last week he took down the WPT Merit Cyprus Classic, the curtain raiser for Season XI. This is one of the most remarkable achievements in the history of the game and both Rettenmaier and PartyPoker are obviously delighted with both results.

Final WPT Grand Prix de Paris Qualifier This Sunday
You only have one week remaining if you want to bag a $13,000 package to the WPT Grand Prix de Paris.
The final qualifier will take place on Aug. 19 at 15:20 ET and will award at least one $13,000 package. Further packages will be awarded for every $13,000 in the prize pool and seeing how the qualifier has a buy-in of $650+$50 to enter, this means one in 20 players will win a package.
Each package consists of:
- $9,500 Main Event buy-in.
- Five nights accommodation.
- $1,400 spending money.
The Grand Prix de Paris takes place at the world famous Aviation Club de Paris from Sept. 10 through 15. Will you be there?
