The 2024 Irish Poker Festival is heading to the Intercontinental Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, and bringing with it €1 million in guaranteed prizes pools, helped by a €700,000 guaranteed Main Event. October 29 is when the 2024 Irish Poker Festival kicks off, doing so with the LuxonPay-sponsored €500 No-Limit Hold'em Mystery Bounty event. At least €70,000 will be won from this opening tournament by the time the final hand is dealt.

All players start their quest for glory with 50,000 chips and play to 60-minute levels on each Day 1, with a break every two levels. Blinds start at 100/100/100a, with ten levels scheduled on Day 1 and Day 2; late registration remains open until the end of the first Day 1 level; one re-entry is permitted during the late registration period.

Dutchman Michael Molenaar defeated Tomas Macnamara heads-up and captured the €210,000 top prize, resigning the runner-up to a €120,000 consolation payout.
