Big Slick vs. Kings in One of the Biggest Pots in High Stakes Poker History

Season 13 of the High Stakes Poker continued on Monday night with the season’s fifth episode on PokerGO. It was a continuation of last week’s game in which Jennifer Tilly and Andrew Robl squared off in what turned out to be the largest pot of the current season.
Episode 5 continued with the $400/$800 no-limit hold'em cash game at PokerGO Studio. Here's how things stacked up at the start of the episode.

Gavri Doubles in First Hand with Quads
In the first hand of the episode, there was an $800 straddle when Justin Gavri raised to $3,500 from the button with the 5♠5♥. Brandon Steven called from the big blind with the 2♥2♣, Sameh Elamawy did the same from the. Straddle with the J♥4♠, and it was three-way action to a flop of K♠2♠3♠.
Two checks saw Gavri continued for $3,000, Steven just called with bottom set, and Elamawy folded. The 5♦ turn saw Steven check, Gavri bet $11,000, and Steven check-raised to $29,000. Gavri called and made quads when the 5♣ appeared on the river.
Steven moved all in and Gavri snap-called off his last $39,000 to win the pot and double to $153,600.
Steven Sets Up Pacheco
Steven raised to $5,000 holding the 3♥3♣ and Andrew Pacheco defended the big blind with the 10♠6♠. Pacheco check-called a bet of $7,000 on the J♣3♦6♥ and then checked for a second time on the 4♥ turn.
Steven bet $20,000 with bottom set and Pacheco thought for a bit with his middle pair before calling. The Q♠ river saw Pacheco check for a third time and he hit the tank after Steven bet $47,000. Eventually, Pacheco called off about half his remaining stack and watched the $159,900 pot pushed to Steven.
Tilly Stacks Pacheco
Steven raised to $3,000 with the A♣6♣ and Tilly called with the 5♠4♠. Pacheco came along from the big blind with the K♠10♦ and it was three-way action to a flop of 5♣9♥K♥. Two checks saw Tilly bet $5,000 with bottom pair, Pacheco called, and Steven got out of the way.
The 4♣ turn gave Tilly the lead and she bet $8,000 after Pacheco checked. The latter then check-raised to $23,000 and called off his remaining $21,000 after Tilly moved all in. The duo agreed to run it twice on the $107,700 pot but Pacheco came up empty when the 2♦ appeared on the first run followed by the 3♣ on the second.
Elamawy vs. Robl for Nearly Seven Figures
Robl raised to $2,000 on the button with the K♠K♣ and Steven called from the small blind with the J♥10♣. Elamawy then three-bet to $10,4000 from the big with the A♣K♥, Robl four-bet to $35,000, and Steven folded. Elamawy then five-bet to $150,000 before Robl six-bet shoved all in with the covering stack. Elamawy called off for $489,000 total and just like that there was a $981,300 pot on the line.
The two agreed to run it twice and the first flop came Q♦9♦A♥ to pair Elamawy. Neither the 7♠ turn nor 8♦ river changed a thing and Elamawy locked up half the pot. On the second, another ace appeared in the window when the flop fell 6♥7♥A♦. The 3♠ turn left Robl needing the case king on the river (the other had been folded preflop), but it was not meant to be as the 4♣ peeled off.
Elamawy cracked kings twice to win one of the biggest pots in High Stakes Poker history. After the hand, Robl was left with just $62,700 while Elamawy chipped up to nearly a million-dollar stack.
Bustout in Final Hand
In the last hand of the episode, Bo Brownstein opened for $4,000 with the Q♠J♠ and Tilly called with the K♥6♥. Masato Yokosawa came along form the button with the A♦2♦ before Gavri three-bet to $26,000 with the A♠Q♣ in the small blind.
Only Brownstein called and both players flopped top pair on the 9♥5♠Q♥ flop. Gavri continued for $18,000 and then quickly called when Brownstein raised all in for $53,500. They agreed to run it twice on the $170,300 pot and Gavri held on the first run when it came the 7♦ turn and A♥ river. On the second, the K♦ turn and 3♦ river both missed Brownstein and he was felted in the final hand of Episode 5.
