Man Proposes to Girlfriend at Texas Poker Room; Find Out if She Said Yes! (VIDEO)
Following a very brief tank to collect her thoughts, a poker dealer from The Lodge Card Club accepted the marriage proposal from a poker player at the Texas card room.
It's been an eventful January for the largest poker club in the Lone Star State. Not only did The Lodge give out $100,000 via a random drawing to a lucky player, the Austin-area club just hosted a $200 buy-in tournament that attracted over 5,200 entrants, creating a prize pool of $840,000.

Did Poker Dealer Say "Yes?"
In the middle of the 82-table poker room, a player at The Lodge, Chris C., proposed to his girlfriend, Jen B., who deals at The Lodge. Chris had asked poker room manager Joe Strazzera to set it up so he could pop the question in front of hundreds of people. Here's a video of how it all went down.
The video began with Chris down on his knees after popping the question. Jen, like any wise poker player, didn't instantly snap-call, but instead took a brief moment to collect her thoughts before finding the call. As the crowd cheered, the couple went in for a kiss and can now live happily ever after.
Jen and Chris no longer reside in Texas and have moved to Arizona. According to Strazzera, Chris has been a regular at The Lodge and they still return to the card room as Jen works as a traveling dealer and deals some events there.
The Lodge is co-owned by Doug Polk, Andrew Neeme, and Brad Owen, and is one of the most popular places to play poker in Texas ... and to get engaged. It's such a popular place that even podcaster Joe Rogan gave the place a shoutout.
