PartyPoker MyGame Whiz

Did you know that every PartyPoker player has access to an incredible training tool called MyGame Whiz? They do, and it is 100% free to use. MyGame is a reporting and training tool, while Whiz makes it all come to life in real time. Combined, MyGame Whiz is a personal poker coach designed to improve your skills and take your poker game to the next level.

Once you activate MyGame Whiz from the settings of your PartyPoker account, you'll wonder how you ever played online poker without it. MyGame Whiz begins analyzing your play the second you fire it up on the desktop client – the program is not available on mobile just yet. Start playing No-Limit Hold'em or Pot-Limit Omaha cash games or fastforward, tournament poker, including SPINS, and MyGame Whiz watches on in the background.

MyGame Whiz begins recording every hand you play in the Live Feed tab. Check out the Chat tab to find advice on how you should have played the hand. MyGame Whiz will give you words of encouragement for hands you played well, and will give hints and tips on how to play similar hands in future.

It is possible to replay hands after you have finished playing, and MyGame Whiz will show you how you should have played each one. It is an excellent tool that some poker training sites would likely charge a small fortune for.

Why is Your MyGame Report Card Grading?

Once you have played at least 100 hands, MyGame Whiz generates a report card, much like the ones teachers handed out at school. Your MyGame report card is split into five key categories: Key Stats, Stealing & Blind defense, 3 and 4 betting, Post Flop Aggression, Showdowns, and Shorter stack play. Each of those categories can be expanded to show much more detailed statistics, and it compares your stats to those considered optimal. It then grades you A through F, with A being top of the class!

If there is an area where your statistics are a long way from optimal, MyGame Whiz highlights them and offers simple lessons to get your game back on track. For example, MyGame Whiz may flag that you are struggling with positional awareness when facing a raise. It then highlights some lessons that may help you, including the best starting hands for full-ring games, or a lesson on the importance of position.

Your report card also grades you as one of seven skill levels based on your overall score.

Skill LevelOverall grading score
Rookie0-40%
Social40.01-50%
Intermediate50.01-60%
Solid60.01-70%
Advanced70.01-80%
Pro80.01-90%
Elite Pro90.01-100%

The more hands you play, the more accurate the reports are because statistics take a while to become meaningful. For example, your VPIP stat, which shows how often you play a hand, starts becoming useful after a mere 250 hands, whereas your three-betting from the big blind against a steal needs at least 4,000 hands to become accurate.

MyGame Whiz is perfect for poker players wanting to improve their poker skills without having to invest their hard-earned bankroll into a training site or poker coach. Why not join PartyPoker today, fire up MyGame Whiz, play some poker, and see what dizzy heights your game can reach with the software's sage advice?
