Following on from the success of December's inaugural WPT World Championships at Wynn Las Vegas, the folks at the World Poker Tour and ClubWPT are determined to send even more players to the series' Main Event this time around.

Aspiring players can join the action and compete for a chance to win an all-inclusive poker dream vacation package by participating in a sequence of satellites leading up to a $150,000 qualifier that will take place on ClubWPT.

This year's edition of the WPT World Championship Main Event runs from December 12-18, 2023. Those who qualify for the tournament through ClubWPT will win a $12,500 WPT World Championship Passport to the festival's showstopper.

Each $12,500 Passport includes:

  • $10,400 WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas main event seat.
  • Hotel stay at the luxurious Wynn Las Vegas.
  • $1,000 cash (self-arranged flight and incidentals).
  • Dedicated ClubWPT VIP host.
  • Official ClubWPT branded merchandise.
  • Meet & greet with WPT talent.

How to Qualify for the WPT World Championship on ClubWPT

Starting from April and running until October, ClubWPT is organizing fourteen satellites, with two taking place per month. Furthermore, there will be one invitation-only last-chance event. Each satellite will dish out 20 seats to a limited 300-player field qualifier scheduled for November.

The top ten players of the November qualifier will be awarded a $12,500 WPT® World Championship Passport, granting them access to the Main Event. Additionally, $25,000 in cash prizes will be distributed among the finishers ranking from 11th to 100th place.

The next satellite for the $150,000 WPT World Championship Challenge kicks off at 5:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 23.

To find the event, look for the tournament titled $150K WPT WC Passport Challenge – Satellite. The event will run under No-Limit Texas Hold'em rules and the top 20 finishers will book seats for the $150,000 WPT World Championship Passport Challenge qualifier on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
