$2.5M PSPC Online Comes to PokerStars Merged MI & NJ Player Pools Jan. 13-30

PokerStars customers playing online at PokerStars Michigan and PokerStars New Jersey received a new year treat on January 1, 2023, when the player pools from both sites merged into one. The increased player liquidity was there for all to see on New Year's Day, with tournament guarantees blown out of the water. Things are about to grow much larger for Michigan and New Jersey grinders because PokerStars has unveiled the $2.5 million PSPC Online festival.

The PSPC Online festival marks the first time PokerStars players in Michigan and New Jersey will combine in a prestigious online series. A total of 85 events are scheduled, with players at PokerStars Pennsylvania getting their own version featuring 72 events with combined prize pools of $1.5 million. The action on both platforms runs from January 13-30.

$500,000 Worth of PSPC Online Main Events in MI and NJ!

The PSPC Online series takes inspiration from the eagerly anticipated $25,000 PokerStars Players Championship (PSPC) scheduled for January 30 through February 30 in The Bahamas. Although the Michigan and New Jersey PSPC Online Main Event command a much more affordable $250 buy-in, it still comes with a whopping $300,000 guaranteed prize pool, one of the largest prize pools offered by PokerStars since its launch in the various states.

Lower stakes players can get involved in a $50 buy-in Mini Main Event and play for a share of a guaranteed $50,000, while high roller have their own $2,500 buy-in High Roller Main Event that guarantees $125,000. All three PSPC Online Main Events shuffle up and deal on January 29.

For Pennsylvania residents, they can play for the lion's share of a $150,000 guaranteed Main Event for a $250 investment.

Of course, there are satellites aplenty feeding into the PSPC Online Main Events, satellites starting at a mere $1. There are also $2.50 buy-in PSPC Online edition Spin & Go tournaments awarding tickets to higher buy-in events.
