The Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) is headed back to South Dakota this month for the MSPT Deadwood Shootout, which will feature the $1,110 buy-in Main Event with a $100,000 guarantee taking place Oct. 21-23.

The MSPT stop, taking place at Silverado-Franklin Casino in Deadwood, will also feature a handful of satellites into the Main Event and will close out with a $250 Last Chance Showdown event.

$100,000 Guaranteed Main Event

The two-day Main Event will feature two starting flights, the first of which will get underway on Oct. 21. In exchange for their $1,110 buy-in, players will receive a starting stack of 25,000 chips with blinds beginning at 100/100/100.

Approximately 12% of each starting flight will advance to Day 2 on Oct. 23, which will play down to a winner, who will earn the lion's share of the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool and take home the trophy.

Players with bankrolls on the lighter side will have plenty of opportunities to win a seat into the Main Event with dozens of satellites running.

Players can either play a $65 satellite where one in five players advances to the $265 satellite, or they can buy directly into the $265 satellite, which also awards seats to one in five players.

The MSPT stop in South Dakota will close out with $250 Last Chance Showdown, which will play out alongside Day 2 of the Main Event on Oct. 23.
