The ChampionChip Games at 888poker continue marching towards their thrilling conclusion, and once again it is poker stars hailing from Brazil that are shining the brightest. In the recent batch of ChampionChip Games events, Brazilians picked up another five medal finishes, including four outright victories, extending their lead over Ukraine in the latest standings.

Event #13 – Marathon (Deepstack) ChampionChip Games

The first of the Brazilian victories came in Event #13 – Marathon, a $22 buy-in deepstack affair that saw 644 players create a $12,880 prize pool. The top three finishers turned that $22 investment into a four-figure prize, a healthy return for sure.
