Whoever takes down the latest edition of the Super MILLION$ will see a cool $499,143 land in their GGPoker accounts. Francisco Benitez looks the most likely recipient of the almost half a million dollars top prize because the Uruguayan sits down at the final table with more than double the number of chips as any other finalists. Of course, anything can happen in poker, but it would take a brave person to bet against a Benitez victory with how things stand.
Benitez has enjoyed a purple patch of form in the live poker arena during 2022, winning almost $1.3 million, and looks to be carrying that hot run through to the virtual felt. The ball is firmly in Benitez's court, but he must still be weary of the talented players in the chasing pack.

Mattsson and Vousden Headline GGPoker WSOP Online Main Event Final Table
Benitez goes into his fifth GGPoker Super MILLIONS final table holding 7,779,222 chips, or 111 big blinds. Although Benitez has never won this $10,300 buy-in tournament, he does have more than $1.88 million in earnings from it. Finishing sixth or better tonight, which seems likely, pushing his Super MILLION$ earnings through the $2 million barrier.
Aram Oganyan is the player closest to Benitez in terms of chips. The Mexico-based American has 3,424,651 chips at his disposal, which are worth 49 big blinds when play resumes at 6:00 p.m. on September 27. Oganyan does not play many Super MILLION$ events, so it is unsurprising this is the first time we have seen him at such a final table. He is guaranteed at least $62,392 for his efforts, but will be looking for much more.
Russia's Konstantin Maslak is just behind Oganyan when the final table resumes. Indeed, Maslak has almost the exact same amount of chips: 3,410,480 (49 big blinds). Maslak is one of many Super MILLION$ regulars awaiting their maiden victory. He has now reached seven final tables and will be hoping it is a case of it being lucky seven.

Paque's Golden Run Continues As He Bags Super MILLION$ Title
Samuel Vousden won the Super MILLION$ on August 23, 2022, denying the legendary Niklas Astedt a sixth career title. Voudsen is back for more and finds himself in the middle of the pack courtesy of his 2,949,921 stack, or 42 big blinds if you prefer. A second-place of better finish for Vousden sees his Super MILLION$ earning eclipse $2.5 million.
Dominykas Mikolaitis is another of this week's finalists with a Super MILLION$ victory under his belt having triumphed in March 2022. Mikolaitis captured a cool $428,624 for his impressive victory and is now gunning for an even larger score tonight. The Poland-based Lithuanian returns in fifth place courtesy of his 2,375,445 stack, the equivalent of 34 big blinds.
There are very few chips separating Rodrigo Selouan (2,195,924) in fifth place and David Coleman (2,167,816) in sixth; both players' stacks contain 31 big blinds. Selouan has navigated his way to his fifth final table in 50 Super MILLION$ events, which is a similar record to Coleman's now six final tables from 47 attempts. Both grinders are looking for their first victory in this prestigious online event.
The two shortest stacks at the final table are, arguably, the two biggest names too. Mikita Badziakouski is hunting for his first Super MILLION$ victory. However, his 784,650 stack, worth 11 big blinds, could prove something of a hindrance. That said, Badziakouski is one of the greatest poker tournament players of all time, and it would be stupid to completely write off his chances.
Justin Bonomo is the shortest stack, with 511,891 chips, or a meager seven big blinds. Bonomo won this tournament in February 2021. It would be one of the best comebacks in Super MILLION$ history if Bonomo manages to go from zero to hero tonight.
