Luxon Pay is bringing together several major poker brands under one roof this August when the inaugural Mediterranean Poker Party descends on North Cyprus, bringing with it a bustling three-week schedule featuring tournaments with buy-ins from $550 up to $200,000.
The Mediterranean Poker Party, in partnership with Merit Resorts and from the organisers of the Caribbean Poker Party, takes place between August 19 and September 17 at the newly-opened Merit Royal Diamond Hotel, which features one of the largest poker rooms in the world; there is the capacity for 200 tables. $5 Million Guaranteed Mediterranean Poker Party Main Event
It is difficult to pick a stand-out event from the action-packed schedule but the Mediterranean Poker Party (MPP) Main Event is certainly one of many highlights. The MPP Main Event has three Day 1s, each costing $5,300 to enter and those who navigate their way through to the money places will take home a slice of a guaranteed $5 million prize pool. The eventual champion should take home a seven figure sum in addition to a custom trophy to display on their mantelpiece.
Everyone who enters the MPP Main Event does so armed with a 100,000-starting stack. The industry-leading blind structure plays out to a 60-minute clock, which ensures the cream will rise to the top.
