Four Former Champs Reach Super MILLION$ Final Table; Malinowksi Leads
The GGPoker Super MILLION$ is known for producing some incredible final tables, final table brimming with the world’s best talent. The latest Super MILLION$ final table, the 17th of Season 2, looks to be one of the toughest yet with four former champions present and correct, including a certain Wiktor Malinowski.

Malinowksi won this very tournament on May 2, 2021, and is looking to join an elite club of superstars who have triumphed twice in online poker’s toughest high-stakes tournament. GGPoker informed PokerNews that Malinowski is not in his usual Macau office, but is sunning himself on a Mexican beach. The rest and relaxation has worked wonders for him because he sits down at the final table, possibly with a pina colada in hand, with 3,640,177 chips or 90.1 big blinds.
Daniel Dvoress is another former Super MILLION$ champion hoping to join the multiple winner’s club. Dvoress gives the World Series of Poker a swerve due to tax issues in his native Canada. He hopes missing the action in Vegas will result in a $317,265 score hitting his GGPoker account. The former champ returns to the action with 2,450,354 chips in his arsenal, or 61.3 big blinds if you prefer.
Ukraine’s Pavlo Kolinkovskiy, playing from Montenegro, won a $1,050 satellite into this week’s Super MILLION$. This is only the second time he has cashed in the event, his last in-the-money finish seeing him bow out in 14th place for $20,500. Kolinkovskiy is now guaranteed $43,898 and would beat his previous best GGPoker haul if he finished fourth or better. Sitting down in third place with 2,342,769 (58.6 big blinds) will help his cause.

Fourth place belongs to New Zealand’s Josh McCully when play resumes. The Kiwi is another finalist who won their seat via a $1,050 satellite, and another who is enjoying their first final table. McCully has $3,907,550 in GGPoker winnings. Finishing fifth or better would push him into the $4 million category. McCully enters the fray armed with 2,012,094 chips (50.3 big binds).
There is quite the gap between McCully in fourth and Lukas "rustyhusky" Hafner in fifth. Hafner, the runner-up in the WSOP Online Millionaire Maker, a result that netted him $984,469, has 1,177,358 chips in his stack, the equivalent of 29.4 big blinds. This is only Hafner’s second Super MILLION$ appearance, his first cash and firs final table. Will it be his first victory, too?
The man in sixth place with 888,063 chips (22.2 big blinds) is the legendary figure of Ole Schemion. The long-time crusher has some incredible results on his online poker and live poker resume, including victory in this event back in October 2020. This is Schemion’s second final table of Season 2, the previous one saw him crash and burn in fifth place. Schemion will not be too happy about starting so low down the leaderboard, but a double-up puts him right back into the mix. He could be a dark house in the GGPoker final table betting markets.
Andrei "ostapb3535" Konopelko of Belarus has navigated his way to his first Super MILLION$ final table and done so with 865,464 chips (21.6 big blinds). Konopelko may not be a name you are too familiar with, but that will change if he managed to turn around his fortunes in this tournament. Finishing eighth or higher bags the Belarusian a career-best score at GGPoker. He previously banked $44,709 for a fifth place finish in the $1,050 GGMasters High Rollers.
Eighth place with 734,533 chips (18.4 big blinds) is where you find Canadian star Guillaume Nolet, the final table’s fourth former champion. Nolet accumulated all the chips in play in October 2020 and scooped a $502,688 prize. Season 2 of the Super MILLION$ has not been too kind for Nolet who has $72,641 winnings from 12 appearances. Finishing eighth or better puts Nolet back in profit for the season.
Malta’s Enrico Camosci is the man bringing up the rear when the final table action gets underway. Camosci only has 525,188 chips (13.1 big blinds), which is far from ideal, but at least it simplifies his decision making. He finished fourth at the turn of the year and would no doubt be delighted with a similar result today, especially starting from such a precarious position.
