RGPS All Stars Comeback Tour Continues Aug. 23-29 at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek
The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) All Stars Comeback Tour makes its east coast debut at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek in Florida this summer on Aug. 23-29.
This marks the third stop since the comeback of live poker for the RGPS with 65-year-old retired Navy veteran Armando Mesina finished on top of a field of 558 entries to win the RGPS All Stars Jamul Casino $575 Main Event for $25,175 followed by a rare 11-way chop in the RGPS All Stars Horseshoe Council Bluffs $575 Main Event won by Freeman Kauffman for $26,058.
As was the case during the first two events, players can once again expect to enjoy giveaway items, ring events, and two paid-for seats to the invitation-only All-Stars ProAM filmed event at the PokerGO Studio at the ARIA Resort & Casino in December during the series.
PokerNews to Live Report the Main Event
PokerNews will once again be on hand to report the biggest hands and the atmosphere of the $50,000 guaranteed RGPS Seminole Casino Coconut Creek $600 Main Event. The event features two opening flights on Aug. 27-28 with a winner crowned on Day 2 on Aug. 29.
Players can qualify for the Main Event for a fraction of the cost in either the $80 Main Event Mega Satellite on Aug. 26 or the $140 Main Event Mega Satellite on Aug. 27 with both qualifiers guaranteeing at least two Main Event seats.
The schedule also boasts four side events including the $10,000 guaranteed $130 Opening Night Ring Event, on Aug. 23, the $25,000 guaranteed $250 Super Stack on Aug. 23-25, the $10,000 guaranteed $130 Deep Stack on Aug. 25, and the $5,000 guaranteed $150 Double Green Chip Bounty on Aug. 29.
